Sun Rabbit Yoga with LaLa Lessons offers a unique experience for parents looking to practice yoga while their little ones either join in or run around in the same room followed by a 30 minute Music Together® lesson! Join us to experience the benefits of yoga and music in a welcoming community. Come experience the joy of music making with your little one! Your little one will practice rhythm and tone through songs that vary in genre, mode, tempo, and meter, engaging them with their voice, body, instruments, and props (ie. scarves). LaLa Lessons teaches Music Together® Mixed-Aged classes for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0-5) and the grownups who love them®. While Music Together® is an international & well researched curriculum, classes are play-based and welcome all the exploring and experimenting alongside grownups who model a love of learning and music!
