Service Description
Designed just for moms, this class blends the strength and alignment of Pilates with safe modifications to support your postpartum body. Led by a certified Mommy & Me Pilates instructor, each session focuses on rebuilding core stability and improving posture, all while keeping your baby close and involved in the fun. We suggest bringing your baby in a carrier if they are small enough, as well as any blankets, toys, or comfort items that help make the class more enjoyable for both of you. More than just a workout, Mommy & Me Pilates is a time to bond with your little one and connect with other moms in a supportive, judgment-free space. Together, you’ll move, breathe, and grow stronger—physically, emotionally, and as a team. No childcare needed, no pressure—just movement, connection, and joy.
