Join us for a prenatal childbirth workshop designed for moms to achieve their birth goals with their partners support! This 2 hour workshop will cover support techniques for pain management during labor and delivery, including how to use a rebozo. Join us at Black Swan Yoga-Skillman to embrace the journey of pregnancy and prepare for child birth together!
